Angelo Wong

Angelo is a MSc student who joined the Doxey Lab in 2025. He graduated from Honours Biochemistry with a specialization in Biotechnology from the University of Waterloo with his work focusing on the surveillance of pathogens in wastewater. Angelo is currently working on analyzing and interpreting metaviromic data that originated from wildlife in Ontario to detect for novel viruses.
